Historic Olde Town Arvada

Historic Olde Town Arvada Association Incorporated in June 2001, the Historic Olde Town Arvada Association is a non-profit 501c(6) organization that serves area residents, businesses, and visitors. HOTA promotes Olde Town as a vibrant shopping district, creates a memorable experience for all, and preserves our history for future generations. Olde Town is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. In 2002, HOTA received the prestigious National and Colorado Main Street designation and launched Olde Town as a Main Street Community. The Main Street Program focuses on economic revitalization within the context of historic preservation. Mission Statement: To promote a thriving historic community with unique character where people want to live, learn, work and play. Vision Statement: Olde Town is the vibrant Heart of Arvada! Our office is located at 7307 Grandview Avenue, in the upper level of the historic McIlvoy House.
