Our Mission: to promote the availability and use of fresh seasonal, local foods from local growers and producers with honesty and integrity, and to provide education about local foods, for a physically and economically healthier community. ALFA has a deep appreciation for the value of food produced in the place where we live, by people we call neighbors. Our first meeting in December 2007 led to the formation of ALFA, now an established 501(c)3 non-profit corporation.
