Texas Township Farmers' Market

Welcome to the Texas Township "Fresh on Q!" Farmers' Market - where our community gathers to celebrate fresh, local foods! It was a great season at the market this year, and we offer our sincerest thanks to all of the shoppers and vendors who supported the market this year. We battled some very difficult weather, between the frosts and freezes this spring and the extreme heat and drought over the summer, but our community still came together to experience the bounty the southwest Michigan has to offer at the market while connecting with friends and neighbors and supporting local farmers and food businesses while getting the freshest, tastiest foods around - all grown and prepared locally! The "Fresh on Q!" farmers' market features fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables, meats, eggs, cheeses and yogurt, breads, pastries and baked goods, potted plants and cut flowers, as well as foods prepared on site, ready to eat at the market, and more! The market accepted food assistance benefits this year, including the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) , WIC Project FRESH and Senior Project/Market FRESH so that everyone in our community could the enjoy fresh, local foods our market has to offer. Thanks to all of the vendors and shoppers who participated in this program!
