The mission of the Saucon Valley Farmers' Market is two-fold: to provide our community with an outlet to obtain fresh, nutritious and seasonal foods produced entirely by local farmers and vendors; to educate our community about the importance of sustaining and improving the ability of local agriculture to offer food products that promote healthy benefits to all.
