West CAP, a non-profit corporation currently under contract with the State of Wisconsin to provide residential weatherization services in Polk, Barron, Chippewa, St. Croix, Dunn, Pierce, and Pepin counties using funds from the State of Wisconsin and the U. S. Department of Energy, is seeking to: Expand their sub-contractor bidder’s list for: licensed HVAC contractors, plumbers, and electricians. Expand their supplier bidder’s list for: delivery, installation, and removal of refrigerators and freezers; lumber and vinyl windows; electrical supplies; fluorescent light bulbs; safety-related supplies; residential ventilation equipment; and cellulose insulation.
